Senate presidency: South-south group roots for Yari

Ahead of the June 13 inauguration of the 10th Senate, the South-South Youth Assembly on Friday called on senators to settle for former Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari. This is even as the group urged lawmakers from the zone to reject former Akwa Ibom State Governor, Godswill Akpabio, for the position and support Yari’s aspiration.
