POLITICS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Posted on September 4, 2021 By thTV Admin, Owerri No Comments on POLITICS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

1. Nobody has your interest at heart.

2. Everyone is after his own interest.

3. Engagement with politicians is like sleeping with tigers. You must always be vigilant and have your eyes wide open.

4. In any Political equation, there is always someone that is being used. If you can’t find one, then it is you.

5. Loyalty and service to a Politician is like being a bandage on a wound. Once the wound is healed, your usefulness ends like the bandage. Politicians don’t recognize and reward value they recognize their own needs and you are only as useful as the lifespan of their need of you exist. So as they use you also use them simultaneously and avoid ….”After all I suffered for him”.

6. In Politics never mourn or wail more than the bereaved. A politician will get his reward later while you may inherit his enemy who becomes his ally tomorrow

7. In Politics, whenever any interest(s) conflict with yours and you have to make a choice, always choose yours to avoid had I known.

8. Never cross oceans for any Politician. You will drown and the best he can do is to give one minute silence in remembrance of your loyalty in service. A politician will never cross the streets for his foot soldiers unless his vested interest in threatened.

9. Don’t kill yourself for any ambition or put your life at risk for any politician because it is a selfish business only meant for the living.

10. Above all, family and health matters are things you should never use to attack a man because you may need the same family in your next ambition. Politics is fluid, dangerously dynamic and should never be taken seriously.

11. Lastly to all the Youths. It is too risky to sacrifice your youthful career, health, social capital, and Integrity in pursuit of short term and temporary rewards offered by politicians in the name of loyalty. You MUST have a second address while playing Politics as a vocation

To all political practitioners, TOLERATE & LOVE one another while politicking and put aside emotions and sentiments in the game because it is a serious and selfish business where if YOU don’t win, YOU don’t lose.

THE PROCESS OF EVERY POLITICAL SUCCESS is a fraud and if you know, you know.
