AMC AND TICON AFRICA CONFERENCES PROMISE INSIGHTFUL SESSIONS AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Ghana, Labadi – 15 May 2025. Between 20 and 22 August 2025, the African Marketing Confederation (AMC) and Technology Information Confederation Africa (TICON Africa) will be hosting their annual conferences in the tranquil setting of Ghana’s Labadi Beach Hotel.

The events were officially launched today, 15 May through a live link to Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra, in Ghana. The launch provided a glimpse into conference highlights and opportunities.

Attendees from both disciplines will gather with marketing and ICT specialists to engage on how digital innovation and AI-driven marketing solutions driven by technology are reshaping how brands connect with consumers, which offers new opportunities for engagement and growth.

With delegates and speakers expected from across Africa, topics range from unlocking the potential of Africa’s youth through to end-to-end digitisation of the business environment.

Under the theme, “Thriving in Africa’s Evolving Markets: Trust, Trends, and Technology,” the AMC conferences will delve into the junction of marketing and ICT in today’s fast-paced environment where both disciplines must co-exist to ensure that companies are as successful as possible.

“This year’s AMC Conference will equip marketers with the insights and strategies they need to navigate, and have a competitive edge, in Africa’s rapidly evolving business environment,” says Helen McIntee, AMC President and Co-Founder.

TICON Africa expert speakers will cover topics under the umbrella of “Empowering Africa’s Tech Future: Innovation, Standards, and Global Influence,” which builds on the AMC theme in that it looks towards the future of technology.

David Gowu, TICON Africa President, says that “the 2025 TICON Africa Conference will deliver vital insights, foster future-shaping conversations, and position delegates at the forefront of Africa’s rapidly advancing digital economy”. Gowu is also a visionary digital transformation leader who wears many other hats.

After hours, guests can mingle during events such as a cultural evening and a barbeque beach dinner on the country’s most popular stretch of seaside sand.
